Return Policy
If for some reason you do not want your product, you can return it to us in it's original unopened state for a full refund. Special ordered items (see Cancellation Policy) items are subject to a restocking fee.
Please notify us via telephone or email to get your RETURN NUMBER and get it back to us within 30 days from the day you received the product
If you received FREE SHIPPING on an item that you return, our shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Cancellation Policy
Most orders are not subject to a restocking fee if you cancel. Some items are shipped to us when you order, in which case we charge a 20% restocking fee for cancellations or changes. These items are Yorkville, Apex and Traynor products. If you cancel withing 24 hours of ordering we are usually able to cancel from the manufacturer, but if they have already shipped the items, we will have to charge the restocking fee.
Orders from Acoustic Image cannot be cancelled, unless work on your custom built amplifier has not yet started.
Taxes and VAT Fees
Most non-US countries will charge import taxes or VAT on your order when it arrives. This usually applies to orders over $50. You will have to pay your local Post Office for this tax in most cases.
